Machine part manufacturing is our most determinant activity regarding its volume and the variety of the range of products. We manufacture products mainly from unique, as well as small and medium batch produced prefabrications. Our biggest customer on this field is DUNAFERR Company Group. Determinant majority of the spare parts required here are supplied by our company.

We offer our product for the constructors, manufacturers and users of material handling machines and elevating machines or the enterprises carrying out maintenance and renewal. We undertake the complete manufacturing of running wheels in cast or forged design according to the demands. We can perform every manufacturing operation (pattern making, casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, assembly).
According to the customers’ demands we supply crane wheels either as a cast or forged prefabrication, or finish-assembled together with shafts, gear rims and bearing to be installed.

From low-alloy tempering steel (according to DIN 17205 GS42CrMo4, tempered to the strength values, degrees given in the standard)

From non-alloy carbon steel (tempered, hardening the tread)

From unique, special material quality according to the customer’s demand

Forged

From the material quality depending on operating circumstances and the customer’s demands, in case of need hardened

Quality certification: According to DIN EN 10204.2.1.

On-demand according to DIN EN 10204.3.1.

 

We supply our wheels according to the customers’ demands either as cast or forged prefabrications, or finish-assembled together with shafts, gear rims and bearing to be installed.

We manufacture cast or welded sheave and rope drum of different transporting machines and material-handling equipments according to demands.
The manufacturing experience of our company in case of these products is also almost 50 years old. All manufacturing operations (casting pattern manufacturing, casting, sheet cylinder-forming, welding, machining, heat treatment, assembly) are performed in our own plants.

In our plants we are able to manufacture almost every type of machine part that can be produced by machining. We also undertake to manufacture unique, special parts beside the general ones (shafts, couplings, gears, other cogged parts, bearing blocks, etc.).
We deliver our products heat-treated, packaged and with the required product certification according to the customers demands.
